A good to see you started a sketchbook!

My biggest concern with the top anat study is how stiff it looks in general, try to loosen you strokes a bit so your lines come out a little more organic. Also, you put alot of focus in trying to get all the small forms right, but you didn't check to see that all the major big forms were placed correctly - her shoulder line leans to the other side (left is down) her head is tilting back, her hips weight is leaning to left and etc. Try breaking the figure down in to big boxes at the start to make sure all the forms are placed correctly in the 3D space.

    :orange: more!

rayk - I am totally agree with you and I understand my mistakes, thank you ;)
openanewworld - thanks for showing me the right way mate, cheers!!!

here are some quick and some not so quick studies - I am trying to avoid some bad habits like sketching without completely understanding of form so I am into anatomy studies again - some Hogarth, some Frazetta and some comic book poses

good update that is what I asked you to do man, draw more those quick figures take more time on constructions, and about the value practice you have done, take more time on edges man

I agree with Herman, really pay attention to edges when you paint as they are key to good eye flow. I think if you tried working with a more opaque round brush it would help, translucent brushes are good for glazing but it's very hard to achieve strong edges with them.
