thanks guys, really helpful critiques
fallowing Herman's advices and lectures this is what I did with last one...beside of the bad construction I think to move on with the next study to can apply that I've learned
looks much better keep painting like that dude check the value and edges
Keep up the paintings man, looks better but the shadows, etc. are darker. and the jug thing is thinner
Be careful to key in your painting correctly (Establish your lights and darks in the correct relative values) as to really control the values
As for figures, just keep it simple, it seems like you're interested in the contours but it ends up having no structure and goes into crazyness ( I still have lots of trouble hahah) Keep going man!! push it to the limits!
Also I forgot, If you're working doing a value study from a colour picture, don't turn the picture into greyscale. It's very important to train your eye to see colour as value so only if you're stuck completely, turn it to greyscale to check temporarily.
thanks for the crits guys, Ambientchroma - thanks for the tip
a wip one with awful construction (damn had to spend more time on construction) it still has a lot of work on the values and construction and the perspective of the cup is wrong too but instead that would like to hear your opinion
thanks!
take some time and slow down with the studies, and really make sure you are getting the right big shapes first. Usually slow is fast! You won't have to spend as much time fixing things if you just go slowww, and you'll be done before you know it!
Sometimes it also helps to squint at your ref to better see shapes and values. i think your errors will start to jump out at you if you do.

some stuffs....and works still in progress... .
i post the working progress of the still image, you can see how I draw line then construct and check proportion to the end I clean up the edges
about the post, the one you have done are all wrong honestly, both proportion has problems, first one it looks your right and side, and he tighten the muscle on the stomach so he is bending inward a bit, the negative shape is so wrong too, the hat one brokes so bad too,
you have to check and check all the time, and observe your reference more that is how you can train your eyes
