Well, weird people work in weird ways....:ninja: jk
I just wanted to know how you guys work through your way when you draw.
Post some descriptions about how you usually draw. What steps do you take? How do you start off? and how do you end?
oh oh.. feel free to post other process of drawing that you know is useful, but don't use as quite often as well. =D

PARTICIPATE AND GET THIS BABY ROLLING! :D

Hockay here is mine, was meant to post this earlier by life gets so busy.... ~__~

My process changes all the time, so for this one I started with a mid tone colour and just started to chisel in a sky and... well the rest just evolved by itself. No refs used as I think it's better to study something, and then apply what you have learned to the stuff you do from imagination. So you can see I try to work fairly loose until I have most of the shapes in, and then come in a refine things.

Well here it is, enjoy and share yours too! :D

how'd you distribute your layers? Did you draw everyone on one layer?

Well, I think it's about 1 to 4 layers average. I try not to use many layers as it only slows down the process. So I keep flattening the image as I go along, usually flatten and make a new layer above to keep working, that way I still have a layer below for "just in case".

Things like people I usually would stick on a separate layer in case I need to change/move them around. Mist/atmosphere sometimes go separate as well, until I'm more sure of them in which case they get flattened down too :).
