My level is 0.1（if Herman is 10）.I need more practice to level up~
There’re lots of problems and mistakes in my pictures. I'm weak in structures of human.
Light and shadows are too hard for me....囧rz

Your rendering is good, I like those last two alot. However pay more attention to the edges. I can see a few edges that should be soft and you have them hard, such as the shadow on HER left shoulder in your last picture. Also you didn't get the colours right. Look at the umbrella and then look at yours there is a pretty big difference.
With your first one you didn't get the figure in the same pose and there are various proportional issues. Try using the plumb lines everyone talks about to get your pictures more accurate.
