Here is a quick paintover, I just dabbed in a little bit of saturated colour to break up the monotony a little and also tried to suggest some environment behind her head (like a metal wall or something), I think things like that help to add some background interest/story to the portrait.
Damn man, you've been making huge progress! Your colors and rendering have gotten way better! o_o I'd still urge you to spent some more time thinking about edges and really focusing on the hard vs soft, maybe consciously exaggerating it, that will help a ton! Keep it up!

Nice to have you update again! Those grey scale monsters are quite cool I like the guy on the left with the two tails - perhaps you can take him further and give him an enviro to exists in :P?
Sad to see the two girls dancing are sorta cut off at the legs :(.
